DELIVERY
We aim to despatch all orders on the first available working day and no later than the following working day (Monday to Friday excluding public holidays). Delivery should typically take 1 - 2 working days. However, please allow longer at busy periods, especially December.
All prices INCLUDE delivery to the UK and Channel Islands. All items are insured against loss or damage whilst in transit. Depending on the size/weight and value of the item, we currently use either Royal Mail 1st Class, Royal Mail Special Delivery or Parcelforce Express AM/24/48. In some cases, a signature is required upon delivery.
Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations, delivery should be attempted within 30 days, except where a guaranteed service (i.e. next day delivery/48 hour service) has been used/given. Whilst we cannot be held personally liable should your order not arrive within the designated time, where delivery has not been attempted and the address details are correct, we will make a claim against the delivery service, and offer you a full refund or replacement item (subject to stock availability).
RETURNING GOODS
Under UK distance-selling regulations and where the goods remain unopened/unused/sealed in their original packaging, you have the right to cancel the transaction within seven days of receipt for a full refund.

Please note:
- The goods MUST be returned unopened, sealed, unused and in their original packaging.
- Carriage costs associated with returned goods are to be paid by the customer.
- We advise that you obtain a free 'Proof of Posting' from the Post Office as we cannot be held responsible for any items lost in the post.
- We will refund your money within 7 days of receipt of the goods, subject to them being received in the specified condition.
FAULTY/DAMAGED GOODS
We will either replace free of charge any goods damaged in transit, or refund any money paid by you for the goods provided you give notification of such damage within 7 days from delivery.
Please contact us first (by email or telephone), should any goods arrive damaged in transit before returning the item(s) to us. |
